Roxanne Rose is a resident of East Meadow, where she and her husband Pete raised their two daughters. Since 2016, she has worked as the Director of Marketing and Community Outreach for AFC Urgent Care Long Island, creating community-benefitting programs, including helping businesses with FDA/EUA-approved Covid-19 testing. Roxanne has also initiated scholarship programs for high school seniors interested in healthcare careers. In 2020, Roxanne was honored as the East Meadow Chamber of Commerce’s Businessperson of the Year, and in 2021, she received the NY State “Women of Distinction” award.
